Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made in connection with DealFusion Tech Labs Ltd ("DealFusion", "we", "us", or "our") mobile applications, including DriveSwift, Soothly, LM Dating, and Postd (together, the "Apps").

Because all purchases are processed through third-party app stores, your refund rights are primarily governed by the policies of the relevant store rather than by us directly.

2. App Store Purchases

All in-app purchases — including subscriptions, premium features, and any other paid content — are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). DealFusion does not handle payment information directly and is therefore unable to issue refunds on their behalf.

  • Apple App Store: Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Refunds are granted at Apple's sole discretion in accordance with their Media Services Terms and Conditions.
  • Google Play Store: Refund requests must be submitted to Google directly. Visit the Google Play Help Centre or your Google Play order history. Refunds are granted at Google's sole discretion in accordance with their Payments Terms of Service.

3. One-Time Purchases

One-time in-app purchases (such as unlocking a specific feature or content pack) are generally non-refundable once the purchase has been completed and the content has been delivered or made accessible.

Exceptions apply where a refund is required by applicable law or by the refund policy of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. In such cases, please submit your request through the relevant app store as described in Section 2.

4. Subscriptions

Our Apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions that provide ongoing access to premium features. The following terms apply:

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (iOS) or Google Play account settings (Android). Instructions are available in your device's account management section.
  • Access after cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the period expires.
  • No partial refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining in a subscription period. Once a billing period has started, the charge for that period is non-refundable except where required by applicable law or app store policy.
  • Free trials: If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please use one of the following options:

  • Apple App Store: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the instructions to report a problem with your purchase.
  • Google Play Store: Open the Google Play Store app, navigate to your order history, select the relevant purchase, and request a refund.
  • Contact DealFusion Support: If you have a question about a purchase or need assistance, you can reach us at support@dealfusion.co.uk. Please include your order details and a description of the issue. While we are unable to process refunds directly, we can help guide you through the app store process or raise a dispute on your behalf where appropriate.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
