Our Commitment

LM (LM Dating), operated by DealFusion Tech Labs Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), is committed to the safety of minors and to preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form on our platform. This page sets out our publicly accessible Child Safety standards in line with Google’s Child Safety standards and Google Play policy requirements.

Zero Tolerance

We have zero tolerance for content or conduct that exploits, endangers, or harms minors. Any such content or behaviour will result in immediate account termination, reporting to authorities, and cooperation with law enforcement.

1. Age Requirement — Adults Only (18+)

LM is a dating and matchmaking service intended solely for adults. We do not allow users under the age of 18 on our platform.

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or use LM.
  • Age verification: We use date-of-birth collection at sign-up and may use additional verification methods to enforce this requirement.
  • No exceptions: We do not permit minors on the platform under any circumstances. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 are terminated immediately.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct (CSAE)

The following are strictly prohibited on LM. Violation will result in permanent ban and reporting to relevant authorities.

  • Content that sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way.
  • Content that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE).
  • Attempts to contact, groom, or interact with minors for inappropriate purposes.
  • Sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Impersonating a minor or presenting as under 18 to circumvent safety measures.
  • Any conduct that facilitates or encourages harm to minors.

3. Detection, Reporting & Enforcement

  • Reporting: Users can report concerning content or behaviour in-app. We treat all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
  • Law enforcement: We report suspected CSAE and CSAM to the relevant authorities (e.g. NCMEC, law enforcement) as required by law and policy.
  • Account action: Accounts that violate these standards are permanently removed. We may also take legal action where appropriate.
  • No appeal for CSAE: There is no appeal process for violations related to child safety. Bans are permanent.

4. Child Safety Contact

If you have concerns about child safety on LM, or need to report content or behaviour that may exploit or endanger minors, please contact us immediately.
